Celebrity Fitness: Jennifer Lopez

Since Jennifer Lopez got on the scene many years ago she has always been known for her shapely figure especially her BOOTY!  Now a mother of two she still looks just as amazing as she did when she starred in the movie Selena.

So how does 45 year old J Lo keep her body tight and in shape? See some of her tips below!

  • The actress consistently challenges herself, as a way to drop her baby weight back in 2008 she signed up for a sprint triathlon !!
  • Jennifer stays committed no matter how tired or yucky she might be feeling she revs herself up to always make it to the gym. Keep in mind Lopez often works 16 hour days, so no excuses!
  • She keeps partying to a minimum (no cigarettes or alcohol) and makes sure to log 8 hours of sleep a night. 
  • Portion control, a sugar free-low sodium diet is part of her everyday lifestyle.
