Celebrity Fitness: Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell strongly believes in taking care of your body inside and out. With such a busy schedule the actress says: "When I feel and look healthy, it actually helps me manage a busy schedule better".   As a vegan Kristen often checks out chefchloe.com or sporkfoods.com for recipe inspiration.  

Since becoming a mom of baby Lincoln the actress commits to running on the treadmill 2-3 times a week for about 20 minutes coupled with Pilates.  Bell also stays in shape with the occasional SoulCycle class, hiking and taking the stairs!
