Fit Friday: Booty Workout

Over the years I have definitely seen my dierere transform and become more defined, now who doesn't love that?  For this Fit Friday you will find my short booty workout video, I strongly suggest giving it try.  Here are some advantages of having strong glutes:

  • Supports your back
  • Power: The gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the body providing tremendous amounts of power! 
  • Helps with lower body alignment therefore avoiding injury.
