Fitness DVD Round Up

For some working out at home can be a bit of a challenge but it's a great way to sneak in a quick workout if you can't make it to the gym!  It's especially perfect for those that become easily bored with their everyday workout routine.  Below are three new DVD's that I have tested out that left me feeling strong in just 10 mins!

I picked up a lot of fun new workouts with this DVD, especially for my arms!  If done correctly you can achieve an amazing workout in a short amount of time!  The “10 Minute Solution: High Intensity Interval Training” (HIIT) DVD keeps to a 20/10 format for workouts that keep working long after the workout ends. It offers five mini-workouts to challenge every part of the body while keeping that heart rate high to burn calories and build stamina. This DVD is available on amazon.com for $7.36.

Looking to diversify your workout or get a good stretch in a time crunch? Then this DVD is for you! 10 Minute Solution: Tighten & Tone Pilates”. Instructor Lara Hudson spices up classic and proven moves with specific ballet toning techniques and the use of a Pilates band. The band increases the intensity of each exercise for dramatic results fast. The DVD is available on amazon.com including the band for a retail price of $10.73.
