JT Salamon is the Chairman of a wellness specialist and a multi-sport athlete who understands the importance of exercise!   He created the system to offer a fast, fun and expedited/creative form of rehab to recover from surgeries that include:

NMFIT: Has fitness always been a major part of your life or was there a catalyst/point in your life when you made it more of a focus and priority?

JT Salamon: Yes, fitness and wellness in general and anything regarding healing always has been and always will be a vital part of my life

NMFIT: What are a few of your go-to healthy snacks/drinks that help keep you on the straight and narrow? 

JT Salamon: Any and all low sugar green drinks are usually a major boost in general for me..usually the ones I buy at Whole Foods.

NMFIT: How do you train your mind and stay motivated? 

JT Salamon: Focus and meditate on the big picture goals and mission to make the world a healthier place as much and as often as possible.

NMFIT: How do you change your body?  

JT Salamon: Using my Ultimate Workout And Recovery Convenience Gym from my den chair along with my kids.     

NMFIT: What are your fitness favorites?  

JT Salamon: Chin-ups, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, rowing, cardio peddlar...which are all done while using my Ultimate Workout And Recovery System (7-minute upper body workout without getting up at all).
