I'll Have What She's Having: Oatworks

Oatworks has been my go to snack mid-day, before the gym or in the evening!  Oatworks is a smoothie with fresh fruit mixed in that provides a great dose of beta glucan that works to make you feel fuller longer.

A great alternative to grabbing an energy drink or energy bar as a pick-me-up. This natural oat-based drink satisfies hunger and provides natural energy through the vitamins and minerals inherent in its ingredients. It's a better way to snack-fast.  It also works with pretty much every diet- it’s vegan friendly, dairy free, soy free, kosher, sweetener free, and gluten-free, catering to those with special dietary needs.
