NMFIT: How does this fitness program differ against the rest?
JM: BODYSHRED is a combination of the most effective forms of high-intensity metabolic conditioning out there. It encompasses elements of some of the most elite training methods such as HIIT, plyometrics, combo-lifting, functional bodyweight training and more. BODYSHRED is based on a unique “3-2-1” interval approach, with includes 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs, all of which are repeated on a loop for maximum calorie burn and conditioning.
NMFIT: How do you keep a balanced and clean diet when training?
JM: Eating clean has become part of my lifestyle, so it’s actually second-nature to me by now. I do indulge in the occasional drink or treat food, but in a balanced fashion. I allot 20% of my daily calorie intake to "treat foods.” And I avoid chemicals in my food as often as possible.
The BODYSHRED team continues to offer trainer certification programs in U.S. cities, allowing fitness professionals to share the dynamic experience with their clients. If you are in the New York area and want to get certified click here!
