These are a few options when it comes to selecting a fitness journal.

How do you track your fitness journey?  On your phone, all in your head or a fitness journal? Committing your health and wellness goals to paper is one of the best ways to make sure you stick to your fitness plan! Whether you training for your first 5K or toning your mid-section for the summer months having something to reflect upon and keep you on track is always advised.  Here are some ways you can start using your fitness journal today!

Track progress: Taking the time to record your times (how long can you hold a plank?), healthy food choices and the amounts of times you were able to workout per week will help you to form healthy long lasting habits.

Stay motivated: A great motivation when your new to working out is seeing your results, this is a surefire way to keep you going and continue to push yourself towards your fitness goals.   With my first fitness journal I included images of myself when I was heavier, it was a constant reminder of why I have decided to create a healthier more fit lifestyle.

Keep a schedule: Make a fitness appointment each day and stick to it!  This can be recorded in your phone, Google Calendar or a traditionally in a good old fashion journal.
