Question: I need help with something, I am looking for a stretches in the morning because everything cracks and hurts. Do you have an ideas of some stretches I can include?
NMF: Great question! If the aches and pains continue you may want to schedule an appointment with your doctor. Otherwise make sure to rest, ice, compress and elevate the areas that aren't feeling so great. Adding regular stretches in the AM isn't a bad idea either! Try kicking off your morning with the stretches below.
