NMFIT Workout: Quick Ladder Drills

It's so important to always keep your workouts interesting and challenging at the same time. Quick ladder also known as an agility ladder are frequently used for sports training that require players to move sideways as well as back and forth.  This style of training is the best option for helping athletes that may lack balance, quickness and coordination. The ladder is easy to carry allowing you to train just about anywhere!  

 A few benefits of using a quick ladder include:

  • Improved balance and speed
  • Reduced risk of injury 
  • Maintain and improve core strength 
  • Enhance flexibility 
  • Increase running skills
