Slacker Radio: Keeps Your Workout Moving

NMF: What is your favorite way to break a sweat? Are you a cardio gal or more Pilates/Barre?
JW: I am one of those people who will try anything (Muay Thai, yoga, Pilates, boot camp), but I always come back to what I love: walking and kettlebells. I could walk all day, everyday, and I’m fortunate to have two dogs who love to do it with me. Kettlebells are such an inexpensive, yet powerful way to stay strong. My body almost cries out for a good kettlebell workout if I take too long of a break. I also like to participate in fitness challenges with my friends. Right now we’re doing a month-long squat challenge…ouch.
