Smart Denim Workout

There is always time for a quick workout move! NMFIT shares how you can look stylish and stay fit in smart denim!

Moves you can do in your smart denim include:

  • Lunges
  • Calf raises
  • Side Leg Lifts
  • Side Lunges 

For the days you are running errands and may not be able to get your full 30 mins to an hour workout in make sure you are doing moves throughout that day that will benefit your over all fitness routine.   

Bloomingdale's offers smart denim options from several of their brands in the denim section of the store. Now you can be comfortable and polished at the same time!  While I shared my workout moves with customers last month I was sporting the Paige Smart Denim that can be easily dressed up or down.
