Sit upright in bed with your legs straight out in front of you, bend both knees with your feet on the bed. Put one leg under the other with one knee pointed up towards the ceiling. Take the opposite elbow to the outside of the knee while using the your other hand to stabilizer your body on the bed. Twist as far back as you can make sure to keep your butt on the bed, hold this position for one minute.
Bridge Pose: While on your back in bed bend your knees directly over your heels. Placing your arms at your sides with your palms facing down take a deep exhale and bring your hips off the bed.
