Let’s face it, it’s a lot easier to enjoy a workout outdoors when it’s bit warmer outside. You can still get all the benefits of working out during the fall outside the gym with bit of creativity.
Hit the play ground: There so many fun and creative ways to get fit and tap into your inner child on your standard playground. Use the monkey bars for upper body strength drills or climb the ladders to utilize the entire body.
Park benches: Put on your favorite tunes and do a few tricep dips, split squats or reverse lunges on a park bench. You will be feeling the workout the following day for sure!
Stairs and bleachers: Whether you running up the stairs or getting creative with drills this routine will help keep you warm while training outdoors and keep you interested at the same time.
