One on One Coaching

This comprehensive 6-week coaching package begins by helping you build a strong foundation for the mental and physical transformation you will be undergoing.  We’ll “go hard” in the first week removing the barriers that you and the world around you have built up for years, preventing you from reaching your health and wellness goals (and keeping you from your “dream jean size”).  After that each week we’ll add to this foundation, changing the way you look at and act in terms of fitness, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle forever. 

Power Call

 A 90 minute Skype, Google Hangout or Go To Meeting virtual call. After the call you will be provided with a condensed version of the 6 week program which includes meal plans, obstacle busters and a workout plan.

A Coach on Call: One Month Workout Plan

  • A workout plan based on your needs.

  • You will have unlimited support from me via email and text during this time within the set business hours of 9am-5pm EST.

  • Weekly emails that will include recipes, motivational tips and weekly challenges to keep you focused.

  • You get three 20 min check-in calls (beginning, mid-month & at the end).

  • Virtual Supermarket Field Trip: I will help you learn how to master food buying and select items that are not only healthy but will keep you energized for your workouts too! (In person option available at the discretion of NMFIT)


Virtual Group

This 6-week Mind and Body Makeover combines Nadia’s weekly personal coaching, strategy plan and assignments with the power of a group (still small enough to keep it extra personal) available to support you and cheer you on. You’ll connect live in weekly virtual “face to face” meetings, have unlimited email support, weekly assignments and fun surprises, challenge yourself and change your body as you spend a powerful month and a half breaking bad habits, making better ones and changing your mind and body for the rest of your life.  

One-on-One Fitness Training

Looking for a personalized workout 1-hour session.  Want to learn first hand how Nadia Murdock Fit trained her mind and body to drop 30 lbs and kept it off?  Train side by side with Nadia and walk away with a workout plan and tips to keep you going until your next session.
